The Queuing Model will calculate the optimum issue of customer serve points (staff) to belittle costs for your line. It considers the ordinary arrival place of customers, the ordinary customer serve place, the cost to the line of customer waiting time (customer dissatisfaction), and the cost to work customer serve points. Queuing models are used extensively in birdcall centers, toll booth operations and situations where a there is a queue for serve including, rejoinder staff, serve staff, birdcall response staff or upkeep staff. They can be applied in any line providing a customer serve subprogram. The model will calculate the optimum issue of serve points and allow you to prove alternatives by manually inputting serve target numbers. Additional results include the ordinary issue of customers waiting in the queue, their ordinary waiting time, and serve target (staff) utilization. The Total Cost Chart plots total cost verses issue of serve points to exhibit the touch of changes in serve target numbers.
