The Shift Scheduler will make a roster structure to your specifications, allocate staff automatically, and generate a printable roster, altogether at the click of a button. It is thickset and user friendly allowing you to tot staff and shifts (maximum 150) with ease. Default values for continuous shifts mean that the alone switch data required is the start date / time and length for the first switch, everything else is automated. For non-continuous or varying shifts you have the capacity to overwrite default data and structure switch settings to wooing your specific requirements. Constraints you tail apply when allocating staff include the maximum hours a staff member tail play within the roster period, the maximum continuous play hours, the minimum split between shifts, and the maximum number of days in a rowing that tail be worked. You tail also set a Yes or No play status to define a must play or must not play requirement. Your roster is printed using measure Excel commands or using the Format Print affair to make a thickset and loose to say roster schedule table. The Next Roster affair allows you to undulate roster details into the next roster period to rapidly make sequent rosters.
