4TOPS Word Link is an add-in for Microsoft Access, which adds data from Microsoft Access in Word documents. You behind write simple and more complex documents, such as stock letters, invoices and reports. Open the Microsoft Access shape which contains the data you deficiency to appear in the document. Word Link creates a template containing mergefields for totally the fields in the shape (and subforms). Now you behind lay out the template by putting the mergefields in the right position, adding text, formatting, etcetera. You behind instantly create documents by selecting the template from the selection shape, the mergefields are substituted with the Access data.
